Experience of Perceived Stress and Impact of Health Locus of Control During COVID-19 Pandemic: Investigating Entrepreneurs and Corporate Employees

The sudden, rapid and ongoing outbreak of novel coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) has forced social distancing lockdowns. Many people have already started experiencing an elevated feeling loneliness, emotional distress, anxious depressive thoughts related to the concerns for disrupted social, emotional, spiritual, professional financial wellbeing family, friends self. are distressed on recurring about how long this pandemic will last, whether our family be infected we living in condition. Hence, researchers study anticipated that COVID-19 would highly stressful psychological consequences varying degrees. This examines relationship stress, anxiety with health locus control (HLOC) among entrepreneurs employees serving organisations, coping strategies they adopted overcome it. Using quasi-experiment method, data were collected using perceived stress scale (PSS) multidimensional (MHLC) from 91 employees. findings indicated a significant association between HLOC stress. It was observed respondents aware current work is arising because struggle balance personal lives during pandemic. Further, it also significantly higher than entrepreneurs, types positively impacted their levels.
